Also of interest to slashers: we will store useful information in the LS section of the new Guild Forums. Essentially, it will contain a record of our LS history and some interesting facts and figures.
It will take some time before those forums will be "complete" in terms of sticky topics, so some of the stuff related to LS will take weeks to be created. The lending library will be created within the first week or two, since it's an old standby that should be brought back to life. Since thousands of FG worth in items hav not been returned to the library in the past, there will be some strictness about borrowing items. Late returns will not be tolerated unless the member was offline for IRL issues (penalties will include demotions or being removed from the Guild for extended lateness after reminders have been given). And the reaosn for that is simple. Libraries are about sharing
For those who haven't been a part of our library system in the past, it's an excellent tool that provides a way for slashers--especially new ones--to pick up and drop off gear that can help them earn GPs. Traditionally, we have kept at least one set of items that could get someone to MQ. This time round we will try to do the same thing.
