EE is too low, try comparing it to items similar on marketplace, i.e search for staffs tier IV with 40 ee. sadly i think its only worth 1-3 fg. EE is too low and its a smelly old staff

Surprised you got it down to so low health tbh, well monsters can be pretty tough

i dont know why you bought both the axe and the sword off of chaotic, seeing you actually only needed one as the levels are rather close...
