Really? Not dex on swords too? Cause sword has the highest crit chance comparing to axes and clubs, and when I was reading about barbs guides say dex build needs swords, anyway, just gonna go with dex, even though my lvl 45-71 weapon is sword (51 ee)..
Edit: Why powercast?? It's only 10% and I don't even use spells..... Won't recharge.. Or I should use spells lol?
