Yeah definitely. It will drastically help items prices. It was sad how badly the prices were dropping on high end weapons. It took me like 3 weeks to get someone to buy 180+ EE items.
Jay couldn't sell any of our wind/heal charms either. People were offering like 5K for a 22x EE wind charm. Now, the prices will start to level out a bit more.

Well don't take my word for it, that's just my thoughts. I assume if there are more people playing and less people getting drops/mutes as often, prices are bound to go up. That's what I think but ya never know.
