I PERSONALLY removed a member from our guild this morning after I learned what he had been doing on the diablo forums. Apparently this person was not happy about being denied access to a certain guild, and felt the need to try to cause trouble with one of their guild members. He advertised a private transfer game on the public trading forums in attempts to have gear taken from it's owner.
This is not cool. I don't care if we are not typically a D2 guild, if you do something stupid like this, I will not hesitate to remove you. You may plead your case to Nev, but I can assure you he will agree with me on this one. Having warns for spam or flames is one thing, that happens to just about everyone without good warning, but don't break JSP's core rules i.e. trading/scamming/welching or you will not be welcome here.
Just a warning, I don't expect anyone else to suffer the same consequences, but I did not expect him to either, and look what happened.

I couldn't agree with this more... doesn't matter to me what game it's in - being BM to people is being BM to people and we don't tolerate that for a second in here.
If this happens to you or something, as Jesse said you can feel free to plead your case to me but it's likely that I'll just laugh in your face and go tell all the other respectable guild leaders not to accept you
