anyone mind giving a price range if i were to buy a charm with these stats?

Life regen + Life Steal on it must > 7 ---- example would be 3 lr / 4 ls

Dex + Str on it must > 20 ---- example would be 20 dex, or 10/10 ( preferable dex)
