I'm sure a descent stat charm will drop sooner or later.

The trick is to sell alot of low items that you find often to gain fgs ^^

Like Arcane+ items of any Tier with bad mods.

Items with good mods but low rolls for example 10 dex charms or 40 ee heals etc
