Finally got my 99 range lvl 70 unlocked on rs, so a bit less slashing for me, less slashing means more fg to hook you guys up though, any one needs a loan or anything just ask, i also have a fairly decent hc sword set to 30.

Pretty sure magic luck doesnt affect muting, unfortunately. Punch that ticket and climb again!

no but it effects whether the item keeps the highest prefix (mythical + rare = mythical)
