just got it to have one of ever tier.
the level 25 have 3 more ee then the level 30

actually..your wrong, the level 45 is on a char with 60 intel, the level 40 is on a char with 70 intel

and yet they show the same dmg

useing the ls calculator 168ee at level 40 is equal to 146ee at level 45.
