I got a question but i got a little fear ill get flamed.
I saw items on market high lvl magicial rare etc which looks worthless but for some reason they worth hundreds

Besides the obvious stuff like EE and str/dex/int, people also will pay well for good regen gear. Also, items can hold value as mutables, but that's not really as common anymore for them to be worth anything more than 1 fg. Also, sometimes newer players will make the mistake of putting worthless items up for thousands of fg, not realizing that they have to pay the 5% upfront fee
