don't blame BP, blame the company that made the valve.

I would blame both plus who ever is in charge of testing the individual components and entire rigging setup, my guess is it was put together and never tested.

na i would blame man kind for needing oil and causing bp to make the oil rig to feed the constant demand for oil just to waist it in keeping their machines running
