in the beginning of a heretic flag game with me and b, i stuck him by accident like naded did and it killed 2 other team mates and i got booted....

That's why it's a good idea not to lob grenades at the start of the game. Use them when you get spread out, and when you're in tight spaces (Bubbles, P2, the slides)

There's frags on the map, you just don't start with them.
