Proficiencies, Sweet!

This is gonna make Magician even more popular, damn, because we only use 2 weap types, and most of us stick with one or two charm types.
May add some appeal back to melee for others though

Just figured out a trick, don't spread it around though, kind of a loop hole.

Get a tier 1 charm (cheap casting cost), and mana per attack charm or weap. Should cost you 1 fg each.
Fight a level 1 monster and heal yourself the whole time. You gain proficiency even though he's level one.

I'm a lvl 22 with 2000 mana and can cast all day and watch my bar go up.
