I would expect a price drop withen a few days of the new ladder. Because the D2 players will need fg to trade for D2 items, and the so they will sell their LS gear.
As Scott said , as long as team mexican is around I really doubt prices will drop that much quite yet . Also , there are many who are still in contention for this season's reset . So , I see prices really dropping when this season of Ladder Slasher concludes assuming that the new d2 season offers some protection against all the various hacks and other issues currently .
On a side note , if any Good Guy is considering quiting Ladder Slasher for D2 please check with Myself or Nick ( Mos.) before selling your gear .
