64 is generally the best level to start welling at because the secondary or extra drops can then be lvl 55, so you could throw in a copper axe
and get a lvl 55 item as an extra drop. I started welling at lvl 60 (just because) with about 400fg worth of gear(all int mage) and I had a fairly decent success rate,
didnt keep track of %..but im guessing around 50-60%..maybe more. (basically the same gear he's using now, except a 35int robe and a 79ee lvl 50 focused heal)
