its just called mq item cuz its the last upgrade til you complete MQ

Curiosity...does a higher level character have better chance to transmute decent items or well them? Or can one give an item to a level 1 or so character, have decent results with the well with an easier fight? I ask because I keep losing the fight when i mute like a mithril sword or axe or whatever
