People I just read this on the Play LS Page, at the near bottom.

These are stats that can spawn on Totems.
+ to Guild Points Adds to your Guild Points when used
+ to Stat Points Adds the listed amount to your unused stat points

ya I had heard about them a few months back but I have never seen one

Nope, I don't got low low lvl + magic items. I have around + 11 to magic. But at higher lvl's.
