Well I don't rly find something nice in the MP.

sure you can; @ lvl 20 you may want to swich to dex/str items instead of your current maxlife items. Dex will increase de crits you do, while at the same time decrease the hits you get. STR adds to your overall dam, so that's nice too

try to get your hands on something like this, but then a lower lvl ofc

totally wrong imo

he need till lv30-45 items with 500+ max life not DEX...

Dex he need when he be lv30+

If he try find low lv dex items IT WILL BE VERY EXPENCIVE

y, can be expensive, but he doesn't need 4x dex on his items @ lvl 20...
and compared to what he now uses (look), i think dex would be better serving him...

now he has <400 maxlife on the total gear, which can be gone in 2 blows. If he has more dex, he will hit first, and he will hit harder (=more crits). he doesnt have to regen that long, and thus might be able to lvl faster
