I'd take it a step farther:

87 str 100 dex 24 int 60 vita. I think you'll like the extra life and added defense, and I can almost promise you wont miss 10 dex. I'd even go 97 str and 90 dex.

I think I need more int though because most hits are around 0-50 but sometimes they hit 350 ish.

I think those a caster hits.
