i need help understanding charms.... i notices that only the first charm add the +mods what mods are useable on the 2nd charm??

the 2 charm is only 50% of the EE on it i beleave

The Accessory Charm is an additional Equipment slot reserved for a second charm. The Accessory slot however does not reflect stats that are on that charm, with exception to Enhanced Effect. Efficiency is reduced by 25% of the total displayed. This charm is used just like the main charm slot and is not reflected by your total inventory space restrictions like the rest of your equipment.
In the inventory, it is abbreviated as Acc. Charm

well what about other mods such as +str +life... life after kill ... etc it wont add if i put the charm in the ACC charm slot

so this charm is used for attacking or healing only basically?
