so after ripping my lvl 30 dagger last week, i think i found my replacement:

Legendary sapphire sword
Level Req: 30
Damage: 24 to 247

+90% Enhanced Effect
+5 Intelligence
+393 Max Mana
+1 to 1 Mana per Attack
+2% Life Steal
+1% Armor Pierce
+1 Jubilance

just dropped for me
