Can't read most of it. I will say it looks childish, not youthful. You need to get a more professional theme going. The picture of I assume you doesn't scream professional.

If you want my honest opinion, I have designed better websites using wizards. Work on it, I'll keep checking it and letting you know how I feel progress is going.
