I don´t know but it's just so... pathetic if you ask me.
I believe 90% of the whole LS community deserves one for doing 1 good thing at one point.

I don´t know why it has to be a forum gold thingy.
Would be much more sutable to just have a topic where people could say "thank you for what you have done, etc"
I would much more want a thread where people actually took the time to thank me for whatever I had done, instead of throwing coins at me.

A topic like that, saying thanks for the work and stuff like that, would be so much better.
But these funds are just annoying, cant remember last time i donated to one.

I agree.. I pmed paparick about this, and his method of taking care of it was making a thread asking people who didnt want an apreciation thread to pm him...

It's just getting way overhand.
Someone should set a stop to it.
I know paparick will not, because he can´t.. Why? He has already had 2 or 3... And the way he looks at it is... If he deserved an appreciation thread, why doesn´t everyone else?

He can´t just shut it all down, because then people will ask. "Why did he get one and I didn´t" Why was it allowed the first few times and it isnt now?

But yeah, I agree.. These appreciation threads are stupid. If they want to donate forum gold to the person, do so... We don´t need a public thread announcing how much forum gold you have donated to the person.

Well I wouldn't mind getting free fg either way, but if I were be recognized for something and awarded fg I would want that reward to be just.

well, I was tempted to donate 5 fg's to cody. If there's one thing I am thankful and appreciate that he has done, it's the fact that he is responsible for all of you guys ending up over here. couldn't have asked for a greater group of guys to join our guild. I decided not to donate the 5 fg's though

i agree. i should donate to him for getting me in a much better guild.
