nah it doesnt suck... it just has a misconception as to what it should be.... its trying to be a robe where it should be an attack charm or hybrid weapon

im not sayin the item sucks, it kinda does but it is decent i guess
im sayin it sucks at the roll
has semi decent stats on 4 fronts, but not quite high enuf on n e of em lol
