great we lost our best member.
hope you have a good time in intrasiege... even tho i kinda dislike them now >.>
I invested several thousand fg, between guild improvements, gear for guild members, and fg given to members.
The only return I ever got was some poeple to chat with on MSN, a sig, and an avatar.
I asked almost nothing, and put out a lot, and what I ended up getting was a complete lack of even the most basic communication from anyone but Rage, and the 4 people on my D2 west team, who I've always been in contact with, since before we created the guild.
Yet at the same time, Policies I set in place, you changed, though you were never really active. A charter image that wasn't complete, wasn't right, and needed changed, and I turned down, you immediately posted.
I felt like I was attempting to build something different than you were, and that I was attempting to do so without help.
Now I'm in a position where nothing is expected of me, where I can go MIA any time without too much comment, and the only true investment I'm expected to make is exactly whatever I'm willing to make, and absolutely nothing more.
If I want to pour out my creatve talent, I'm sure Intraseige is willing to back it. If I want to help with guild improvements like ranks, slots, whatever, I'm sure Intrasiege would love it. But it's not required. There are other people who can, will, and do do the same already. In Halls, I was the only person besides Nick who really put much effort in.
I truly wish the Halls the best of luck, and I may even come back, if you can ever turn it into the kind of guild we talked about back in December, when I was the poor LS newb, and you were the rich person helping me. But at this point, it's not, and I simply have nothing more to give. I believe I've probably paid my debt to you in full, with lots of add, and I couldn't have gotten to the position I'm at without your help. And I thank you. I hope there's no hard feelings, and I'm still here, if you ever need anything. But you need to take some responsibility for your guild, and I think this is the only way you can manage to do so.
