first open up your inventory, then go to the marketplace and at the top of the window you should see three tabs BUY, SELLING, TRANSFER. click on the selling tab, drag the item to the open bar above cost and to the left of where you enter your gold pwd, after the item is in the bar decide how much you think the item is worth, type in your gold pwd, and click sell, after that you should be good to go. hope this helped

edit: as far as putting equipment on, open up your inventory and drag the items you want to equip in to the open slots. armor in the armor slot, weapon in the weapon slot, etc
