Started Slashing Yesterday @ 3:30pm

Did full MQ run in 1 sitting

Ending time is 9:50am

had about 4 hours of breaks

about 14 hours of slashing for me to MQ

Going to spend time with the lady, haven't seen her since Monday

Im going to the beach for the weekend, I will be back late tomorrow or Monday.
