Look for better armor first, that dagger can easily get you to 25. Alternatively, just overpay in the trade forum for a level 20 wep

For transmuting, higher level and more mods are better. I wouldn't bother with under level 10 at all.

With that attitude you should be joining IGC m8

Level 60 and grinding very slowly, 3/4 to 61. Should be able to get a few levels before tonight.

I have a level 45 axe, but it's not that great, and I prefer to not xfer MQ weps. I'm still looking for a nice level 55 wep 100+ee.
