hey i kinda had an idea a while ago but need good team n advise(or support) to make it happen
if group leader had huge exp bonus(50% or more) he would leave party 3-4 levels behind him eventually and whole group whould essentally get 50% exp bonus n level much faster
but having that much exp bonus will nerf leader so would need really good team or really good exp equipment to make it work
as long as he can do some damage......
lmk what u think of this idea and if anyone is interested in trying it out.
dont have gear for it yet just trowing idea out there

Weapon Extra xp
Armor Extra exp
Charm Extra exp
Acc Charm = Good heal

Adds like mana, healmastery, Int ect. are welcome on those items then
