I suspect it follows the same as levels. So like, levels 1-4 you can find up to 20ee, 5 stat, 1slot, etc. So tier 1 would match that. Meaning bronze maxes at around 60ee, 15 int, etc. (assuming you're a minimum of level 10 when you well it or it drops [bronze only drops at 10+])

That's a guess, Paul didn't give me specifics, but it'd match up pretty well with my personal observations.

No, I had a 112ee elm staff, to the best of my recollection. The EE axe I had used for a while was only 58ee. Wasn't it Jeight who had the god-axe?

that's probable. i remember it having high ee and decent life. perfect for LLD. i kept mine but sold the charm to the kittin.
