For a long time I consistently said I have no interest in playing D3... yet the closer and closer it gets to being released, the more and more I think about my favorite and most fun times as a gamer and that was during the prime of D2. It makes me want to get D3. But the thing is now, being older, I can no way afford to dive into a game for years again completely wasting away summers and time. It's just not an option anymore. I'm too much of a hardcore gamer when I get into games I really like, and self control is all but lost to addiction. So I see this as the reason I am not going to buy or play D3, even though I'm sure it would be a blast. I just can't afford to lose all that time anymore.

exact reason why im not playing
i just don't have the time anymore to sink the next couple years into the game .. as much as part of me wants to, i just can't.
