yes to a certain degree.  i havnt heard from either of them, and i dont think nev or anyone of us has, so id vote yes, but had they say "hey, im really busy, gonna be inactive for a while" i would have said cool, you earned your spot, dont worry about it, then made note of that, and no problemo, spot saved.
