"This really isn't a scam. You pay the fee willingly and as the owner of the guild he can kick you at anytime, for any reason, even if it isn't morally proper. Guild points are also given willingly and free of charge unless it was agreed that he would pay for each gp earned."

Anyway, I'll see what I can do further. I'm gonna ask that newest ex-member whether he got kicked or not

well if that guy was kicked after less than a day in th guild it should be some type of scam...

I asked him about it. He did not get kicked but left on his own accord. But it really doesnt matter I guess. He would've been kicked eventually since he is selling the guild. The fact that he allowed him to join after he kicked everyone is enough, at least if he asked a fee for it.

Edit: he didn't ask a fee yet, the other guy left before he could do that.
