Now, there is a cap I believe as to how much I can use per tier correct? Got an amount or chart or any info on this? Or is it capped based on the item already, and as long as I don't use unspawnable gear I wont need to worry?

I don't think that there's a cap as long as you aren't using unspawnables.

But remember that the minimum will always be 1, even if you have 3 pieces of gear which give 1 - 20 per attack

Yes, I remember the 1 minimum. I am just looking for ways of using a non-ee fire charm for the most prof-per-mob, and LPA/MPA is probably the best way to keep the casts going, also +mana.

Yeah it has been raining today off and on, this morning it was pretty brutal.
