i dont think it drops a lot items.. he is just killing a lot monsters in ONE wave.. so the items dont disappear.. with decent gear you are killing way too fast that this monster could call a lot help.. this is just for fun and a nice picture ^^ i dont think you got any advantage out of this.. and for sure not an unfair advantage
