I just watched Dallas' WBR1 with Status Quo and Ambush (including the 30 minute Dual-Oddball game) and now I'm missing Lockdown. On LAN, it looks like such a great map and fun to play, too bad it sucks fierce on XBL and was removed.

Ive been watching different stuff

I pretty much watched every FNK this season, most of Sat Night, and all the Championship Sunday's dating back to last years' Dallas.

I really want to try to justify why Str8 will be unstoppable this weekend, but every team from Dallas will be improved...and I'm dreaming FB finally lives up to potential.

I don't think there's any chance of that happening. Triggers Down is too strong, they will DEFINITELY be in the WBF at the very least, there's just no one to challenge them up to that point. I would expect Str8 to have their usual bounce back against Carbon, leaving Str8/tD in the WBF, obviously one of them advancing. I could see Carbon coming out of the LB, but Instinct will be much improved also.

FB just isn't built to compete against Top 4 teams. Ogre 2's love for the setup has them too passive. Strongside had the 2nd best stat showing in Dallas and they could barely come up with 4th. Soviet on the team means that much more unpredictability, they will be 4 players running around independent of each other. Instinct, Str8, Carbon, even Classic could beat that if that's how they are going to play.
