Booked a guided striper trip by a a supposed professional guide. After 7 hours of nonstop no catching of fish, the guide getting lost on the lake and not knowing how to work his 125$ fishfinder.
I said enough, take us back, besides your engine is acting up. We caught 3 fish total, for the day.
I had asked him if he was on fish he said yes. I told him upfront we want lots of fish to be caught. I wanted the kids to get the thrill of near nonstop fishing action.
Instead we got poop. After it was all said and done the guide still wanted the full payment of 450$.
And said he hadn't guided or fished in the last 8 months.
Anyways after a heated converstion he settled for 200$.
This was after I told him its $200 or nothing his choice.
Anyways the family outing went great besides that..
Well that sucks. I would have bitched him out and been like dude fuck you, heres the money you wasted for gas and a few bucks for yourself for wasting my time. x.x;
