Best Tier 3 Heal Ive ever found Kinda pointless to have, except for using to build up proficiencies in the later levels:

Angelic focused heal III
Heals: 49 to 59
Mana Cost: 25

+54% Enhanced Effect
+5 Intelligence
+1 to 2 Mana per Attack
+1% Damage Return

sexy little heal =0)

lol...it even comes with 5 intel

there's a 50 ee foc heal on market atm for 50 fg
which i think is overly expensive.....but i might be wrong

Well, a really nice staff well tonight. Too bad not what I need, and Mandys is better:

Too bad staves have very little value, I'll get this pc'd and decide what to do then.

LOL Very nice staff indeed, better than my lvl 20
The only staff that i have that has over 100 ee is my lvl 55 staff which has 106 ee FTW lol
