Changing guild name = 500 fg when you just got traded a new guild. If the guild (without name change) costs less than 2000, why not?

No I'm not buying it, but he asked me twice to join his guild in the last 2 weeks and I told him I'd decide later =/
Was only trying to explain why people rather buy existing guilds than create a new one

seems likely but i sent a pm to the new kid hopefully it caught him in time to allow him to not waste his fg....

is there something we can do like contact a medi and tell them he is adding people taking the entrance fee then kicking them?
