You guys have any idea why I'm not stealing life with this:

Angelic lightning I
Spell Damage: 1 to 15
Mana Cost: 5

+29 Strength
+1 to 7 Mana per Attack
+1% Life Steal
+5% Critical Flux

I'm doing over 100 damage every hit, but never steal any life. Wouldn't help much anyway, but it's really weird.
