doesnt take alot of skill noob and that computer kinda lags so i wouldnt reccomend doing on there

Make sure your quality is set to low, and also turn off party invites while you are trying to fish/mute/glyph as it helps lower the annoyance factor.

Also, you could try running CCleaner on that computer, it will remove lots of junk and speed up things slightly, I recommend it to anyone running XP/Vista
