Well at 45 I did liek 10 of them only left 1 bc my hela charm sucks

heres what i do

Use melee gear
get 50 int
heal charm on Acc

Thats in cata when i need to heal usualy i heal start healing as back up or blow mana at 35.
i just swap to hm grear heal then put melee gear back on.

been doing this the last few climbs its gg

And also you get longer chains in solo just bescause you can heal ur self

i go from 5 reg melee to 10 with low heal charm xD ~ chains

Hmmm, maybe next climb.
I'm also considering doing a 60 dex then all vita tank build.
