I had weller also maybe 2 month ago but i sold all my Eq
when You reroll Your char keep weller on 64 or 65 lvl ( i prefer 65 )
on this lvl is highest possibility to get 55 lvl items.

so when You are close to lvl kill your char several times

Sammy is simple meele char, as weapon use sword or daggers with as high ee as You can afford
try to get 110-120 dex with items , rest put into str

i don't put any points into vita when i play sammy
