that was my monday-thursday routine for a few years....it was rough.
here's a schedule I had in the Marine Corps for a few years as well. It's kinda long since it's on a 3 week cycle, but it was intense.
nvm it's too long to type out, what it comes down to though is working around 120-140 hours a week. with every 3rd week getting 96 hours off.
edit:3 actually we did that schedule for around 2 months and then our battalion commander put our company commanders nuts in a sling and he in turn put our xo's nuts in a sling(xo was our boss...well the one that implemented the schedule) Before and after that, we worked roughly 1 day on 2 days off with every 3rd weekend getting a 96.
