If you have ADD, I suggest you turn off jsp/ladder slasher, focus on your paper, get it done, then relax a bit on jsp/ladder slasher :P

I dont have ADD, and I still have problem get my work done, unless I shut it all down and say to myself "I will get my work done first, then relax" :D
