What started as a program to recycle fluorescent light bulbs has turned into a Commendation from New Hampshire Governor John Lynch.

NHEC was nominated for the Commendation by the NH Department of Environmental Services, which worked with the Co-op to open free fluorescent bulb recycling centers in Plymouth at our headquarters and Meredith District offices. Bob Watts, our guy in Facilities, worked with DES to establish the program procedures and guidelines.

The Commendation goes on to recognize the many things NHEC has done recently to support its members, the community, and to support the growth of energy efficiency and renewable energy. A full copy of the Commendation is below. Congratulations to us all!


pretty cool.  i just got this email from my dad.  he works for new hampshire electrical coop and made a recycle program up and it got a commendation from the NH gov't.

I heard your school was not so good, so finals were/are supposed to be easy... same thing happened to me. High school was a piece of cake compared to raw steak they gave me in College (well, it is college here, but it is obligatory. Like I've said, it is in preparation for university... so we cover most of university stuff). So once you get to University, be ready to sweat and work your butt cheeks off.

paladin clean stats

Str: 62
Dex: 45
Int: 20
Vit: 55

15 points to drop

if I drop no points into dex and equip the dex plate and hybrid charm, at 71 I will have 121 dex, 182 strength.

if I use the strength plate and hybrid charm, I will have 120 dex, 174 strength


62 41 35 = 138 + 36 = 174 str

45 26 = 71, need 120, so 49 stats dropped into dex

70 - 49 = 21+ 15 free stats = 36 extra stats.

if my maths are correct I should go with the dex plate and hybrid charm, dropping no stats into dex (all come from gear)

does this sound like a good pvp build?

I could be wrong but ofc Tom would know. Well the two combo's you have shown there, the dex plate + stat charm looks to be ideally you best combo. Since it is a sword, you'll probably have the luck im having and not hitting enough crits in a duel game. Unless your extremely lucky. But i would do the dex plate and stat charm and aim for your 120 dex.

goodluck with it, Matt just raped me 3 times on my lvl 56 sami with 162 str 117 dex 192 ee lvl 50 sword. granted he was lvl 65 and uber axe pally. but still got smashed
