I think you mean lose mass ammounts of body fat not losing weight... Protien shakes = change fat to muscle = muscle weighs more than fat = gain weight..

Because i work in a retail store where tourists LOVE to come shop and they destroy the place every time i turn my back, i just got finished folding 85 shirts that i found messed up after 5 minutes of people looking at them..
