Ask yourself that question, you were our guild healer.

My opinion: use a badass HM charm in main, ee in secondary while in catacombs. if soloing, you wont need the heal as much/frequently, so ditch the HM charm for something that suits you.

lol just cuz i have alotof experience healing doesnt mean i know everything

never used heals in main charm slot so i wouldnt know.

and when i use hm charms its usually just on a pure heal character and i just use dex charms so those are kinda needed idk.
i dont even know what effectiveness i lose off my charms when using them in acc
