Try to lower your resolution, im not guaranteeing that itll help, but worth a go. Maybe your dex is lower (somebody told me it affects attack speed)?

I don't think it's your gear, and you must be on high speed internet, so it's not the issue...
I'm on dial-up and unless I have major lag, I usually keep up with the actions...
But since I have a delay in everything, I have to make suer I attack monsters that no one else is attacking, or else they die before I have any actions on them...
So just observe what line people talke and hit the monsters they hit last...
