im not good at maths, one would have to calculate/test how much one actually heals more because of the accessory slot position of the heal charm,
but it should increase the efficiency of pure healers most likely. heal meastery is extremely powerful for pure healers, more than int.

the main reason i bought the charm is to focus on healing and increase the magic luck rate for the party.
there isnt much data around on how ml effects it, but i would love to test it and support the guild runs with a nice magic luck healer
